| Hi there! We have a fully furnished single room available from May 1st Our location is 4 minutes from Renfrew skytrain station by walk. This space is fully furnished with table and chair, and bed. Price is 950 dollars monthly including all utilities - electricity, water etc... There's security deposit which is the half of the rent. And this will be returned when we check the room's condition after you move out. Also you need to give us 1 month notice before moving out for deposit return. ( move out date should be on 1st of the month by 12pm) Free wifi is available Laundry and dryer are in the house, 1 load per week is free, extra load is 5 dollars, and you can use between 10am to 9pm. House rule is - No pet, No party, No loud music or noise especially at night time after 9pm 15 dollars per night for extra guest sleeping over. We want someone who is respectful, quiet No frequent visitors welcome... to keep the house quiet and peaceful at night. Contract is month to month, 1 month notice is required for both parties when moving out. Move out date should be the 1st or the last day of the month.
