I'm seeking a clean, respectful, and friendly female roommate to share a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a well-maintained building. Please note this apartment is in Chinatown and would prefer a roommate who is familiar and comfortable with the neighborhoods culture. The shared living spaces are fully furnished! ️ Your Space: * Your room fits a double bed comfortably and could fit a queen bed with no desk if needed. * Private bedroom with a detached bathroom. * Additional closet space near the front door. * Access to shared kitchen, living area, and in-suite laundry. * Shared patio, however it is a strict non smoking building *****Not a pet friendly building :( Building Amenities: * Fully renovated interiors. * On-site gym. * Charming outdoor garden. * Parking spot included with unit. At the moment my current roommate and I don’t own a car so we have it rented to a fellow building resident for $150 a month. Prime Location: * 10-minute walk to Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain Station (& the adjacent Costco & T&T :P) * 11-minute walk to Main Street–Science World SkyTrain Station. * 15-minute commute to Mount Pleasant or downtown. * Access to many local restaurants, bars, speakeasies specifically in gastown. Affordable food options at every corner! * 10-minute walk to the Seawall. * Close to BC place & Roger’s arena * Close to many bus lines including those to UBC About Me: I'm a service industry professional returning to UBC this September. I value cleanliness and prefer a roommate who cleans as they go. I'm looking for someone who respects personal space but is also open to occasional chats and shared activities. I don’t mind having guests over as long as we give each other a heads up!
