| Me and my 2 roommates are looking for a 4th roomate to join us! We have a separate room available in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom semi-basement house on East 48th Avenue in Vancouver. The basement will be shared with three other graduate student girls. We don’t drink, smoke or do any drugs. The bedroom isn’t furnished but the kitchen and living room is. The place is very clean with high ceilings and natural light and new. We moved in September so we are the first tenants. The house is close to bus stops for routes 49, 430, and 26, and Joyce Station and Metrotown Mall Station. Rent is $825/month plus utilities. The room by will be available starting June 1st. |
