It is a very quite space ,very neat and organized and looking for individuals who would appreciate same values and etiquettes. Number 100 bus at 2 min walk and very close to marine drive station(Canada line). Superstore, time Hortons, circle k, shell ,quessedas, quizznos and many restaurants at 5 min walk. Rent for 1 person is 1000 and for 2 people 1100 (550 each). All the utilities included. Wifi excluded. You will be sharing the house with 2 more people. 1 is on work permit and 1 is permanent resident. Both are very welcoming and easy going people. Fun loving and like to give everyone space.
