I'm looking for financially stable non smoker, clean, festival type, someone creative, friendly, honest, and self development oriented to share: A new, awesome, 2-story laneway house, with full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, 1 1/2 bath, balcony with fantastic view, and a security system. There are flower bed areas, a small outdoor patio, and an alley parking spot directly in front of the house To share with me, a friendly male entrepreneur, usually at home, non smoking, non drinking, vegetarian, likes plants, world traveler, with tools, and a passion for invention, and electronic controls. I don't 420 any more, however I don't mind if you do. It's a quiet area, right in the middle of town. There are coffee shops around. I have a secure shelter to lock bicycles, and a bike route is 1 block away The bedroom is unfurnished, although clean furniture is easy to get. There are shelves available, and the house decor and layout are open for you to change. The room is about 9.5ft by 9.5ft, so, yeah, it's fairly small, and has it's own door lock and window. Sorry, no smoking inside, no pets, no couples. Single parent of child under 6 welcome, however the space is small. If the ad is up, the room is available $800 + 1/2 Utilities. Internet included |
