| Hello! I am a female UBC grad student in my final year. I am seeking a female roommate to share my room in a 3-bedroom apartment in Fraser. Rent is 400+ utilities. The room is on the top floor and has a sunny window. The apartment is furnished. The almirah and bed in the room are provided by the landlord, and we will be sharing them. The rest of the stuff is mine, and as you can see in the photos, they are on one side of the room. The other is empty right now, and you can put your stuff there (furniture, suitcases, etc). If you want, I can ask for a table from the landlord. As you can see, the room has three racks on the wall, which will be shared equally. The house has two washrooms, one huge kitchen, a balcony, and a nice yard. The location of the house is very convenient. 8 minutes walk to the 49 bus stop, 9 minutes to the 8 bus stop, 5 minutes to the 3 bus stop. It’s very close to Langara College(only three stops by the 49 bus). It takes 10 minutes to walk to Indian and Chinese grocery stores and restaurants on Fraser Street. You can find No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Dollarama, and Best Buy within a few bus stops away from this place. I am an international student from Bangladesh. The other tenants of the apartment are a Bangladeshi couple and four Indian Boys. The landlord is a nice Indian elderly couple. The room is available from this month(May) to August. My lease is signed until the end of August, and I am not sure if I will extend the lease, as I may need to relocate for the sake of better job opportunities. But if you enjoy your stay here, you are more than welcome to talk to the landlord and sign a lease for the room by yourself. The single occupancy rent for this room is 700+utilities.
