| Hi , I'm offering my room for sublet during the Summer period in the UBC Marine Drive residence, building 1 (https://vancouver.housing.ubc.ca/residences/marine-drive-residence/). The furnished room is available now and until mid or end of August, with the exact dates being flexible. The room is in a four person all-men's unit and I am offering it for $800 per month, pro-rated for partial months. You must meet the conditions listed on the UBC housing website in order to be eligible to sublet the room, the most important of which is being a UBC student (https://vancouver.housing.ubc.ca/applications/subletting/).
