| Looking for a female housemate for a nice room available in a quiet and very clean house in Gordon Head, close to the UVic and downtown bus stops. This is a private room in a private, new part of the house with a bathroom that is only shared with 1 other girl. The house is very nice inside with modern appliances and hardwood floors and everyone takes good care of the place. Students welcome but no parties and evenings are expected to be very quiet. We have 4 ladies of all ages sharing the house and some are working professionals and only one is a student. We are looking for one QUIET and CLEAN housemate. Everything is included with the house; wifi, utilities and even bedding if you need it. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals and everyone makes a big effort to keep things clean. You would be expected to also help keep things clean. If you are used to your mom or other people picking up after you, do not even bother to apply here. If you like to talk loudly on the phone all night do not contact us! If you are sick of noisy, dirty or creepy roommates then this is the place for you! You can see from the photos that this is a super nice place. We have a few simple rules like keeping things clean and quiet at night. If you are interested please write to us and tell us about yourself. There is a $370 deposit to reserve the room and we use Interac E-Transfer so you have a legal record of the deposit and rent. |
