Looking for a clean, friendly and mature roommate. This is place quite close to UVIC, under 15mins bike ride to UVIC campus and 8 mins drive to Uptown for grocery shopping. The house is located right beside Cedar Hill Golf Course, on a quiet residential street. The place is on the upper floor with friendly downstairs neighbors and with a big shared backyard. The place will have a shared kitchen and furnished living room with ensuite laundry and shed storage for bikes. Parking can be provided in front of the house.
