Situated on the main stretch of Albert Beach, next door to the popular restaurant Le Goûter (great pizza and amazing ice cream), across the street from Saffie’s General Store and all of the action (concerts, craft sales, events, etc). This 4 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 8. It's fully-furnished and has everything you need to simply arrive and enjoy. Located in Albert Beach, just 400 meters, or a 3 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Canada. Features: • 4 bedrooms, • Open concept, • Wall unit AC, • Base board heaters and heat, • Full bath, flushing toilette, shower (with small bathtub), • Dining table with up to 10 chairs and extension leafs to host the whole group, • Fireplace, • TV, DVD, VHS (yes VHS), • BBQ, • Large deck with patio set, • Fire Pit, • Treed and fenced yard for privacy and playtime, • Washer and dryer, • All bedding essentials, • All kitchen essentials, • Retro cozy feel. Rates / Availability: • Option of weekends, week days, or full weeks – please contact us for availability. • July and August – 7 days (Sunday – Sunday) o $1,250.00 o Check in at 4:00pm o Check out at 12:00pm • July and August – daily rates o $195.00 / night o 2 night minimum • May, June, September, October o $150.00 /night o 2 night minimum o Discount for longer stays during non peak dates. • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance is due upon check-in.
