We will have some rental options for few good people who are looking for affordable “Fortress of Solitude”. Important things to mention before you come down here to meet in person and see what’s available: Monthly rentals only – all tenants who live here stay long term, like in any other apartment building. -All rooms are single occupancy only. There are no families or roommates living here. -No guests allowed = strange and unknown people (non tenants) are NOT coming into this building. -Furnishing is basic: twin bed with mattress, chair, end table, table lamp. -Smoking is allowed inside the unit (not anywhere else) -FREE Wi-Fi / Heat & Hydro Included -Social Assistance (welfare) is accepted should we decide to move forward. -Most of the tenants living here are 55+. If someone needs to have vibrant social life – this is not the right fit for them. -Each floor is equipped with HD surveillance system for added safety. -Building entry is managed by security access control = using FOB instead of keys, allowing property management fast and remote management of building access.
