| The successful applicant will have read this entire listing. 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment available for the 15th of March or the 1st of April in an 8-unit building near Redwood and Main street. Building features a secure entry and outdoor mailboxes, but no buzzer. Building has outdoor security cameras. There is extra communal storage in the basement. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Shoppers drug mart, subway, little caesars, and KFC are all about a 5-minute walk away. There is a playground immediately next to the building, as well as the Red River. Radiant heat and water included. Tenant only pays for electricity. This unit is on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. Communal laundry room (coin operated, $3 in total to wash and dry) is in the basement. Building manager lives on site. Stove, oven, microwave (not shown in photos) , and fridge included, but no dishwasher. Every room has functioning blinds (not shown in photos). Powered outdoor parking spot available for $20/month. Pets are allowed (with a pet deposit) but cats over the age of 1 year must be spayed or neutered. Dogs must be quiet and picked up after. Smoking or drug use of any kind that makes a fume is strictly prohibited inside the building. Littering cigarettes (or anything else ) is strictly prohibited. That being said, previous tenants have ignored these rules and so a disgust-sensitive tenant may want to look elsewhere. Please state in your first messages to me how many adults, minors (and the minors' ages) and pets you intend to fill the apartment with.
