This 1 bedroom apartment at the Fleetwood on Westminster & Lenore has the BEST layout in the building, mainly due to the spacious eat-in kitchen. We have a love seat, table and chairs in the kitchen, as well as a butcher block and there is still space to do yoga! The entryway is spacious as well, with room for a bike, and opens onto an hall to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. A full linen closet by the washroom offers plenty of storage with deep, wide shelves. The bedroom, with a built-in closet, is spacious and bright. We had it set up with a double bed, dresser, desk, and dog bed. An arched ceiling off the hall invites you to the living room, which has double east-facing windows that allow the morning sun to pour in. There's plenty of room for a rec space and your office or hobby area. The entire space is painted a warm off-white, and the kitchen & bathroom cabinets are white with stainless hardware. The kitchen and bath have wood-look plank flooring, while the rest of the space is character hardwood flooring. We have loved the building and the location can't be beat. We're less than a block from Bonnie Day restaurant and cafe, and across the street from Wolseley Wool, Verde Cafe, Organic Planet, and Prairie Sky Books. The Wosleley Farmer's Market is also just down the street!
