We do not require a long-term commitment, The tenancy is month-to-month but you’re welcome to stay as long as you like. We actually have two rooms available. The one in the photo is the smaller of the two for $475 per month, the other one is a bit bigger for $500 per month. All utilities are included, we also provide all cleaning supplies as well as toilet paper.
