| Hey, I’m Jay, 21, and I’m looking for a 2-bedroom apartment or suite in Winnipeg to rent with a couple of friends. I’ll be the one applying and taking full responsibility for the lease and rent. I have steady income and can provide proof of employment. My roommates are currently in between jobs, but I’ll take full responsibility if they don’t meet the typical qualifications.
