Bus stop #61178 is a 1-minute walking distance from the house. - FULLY FURNISHED with washer & dryer, a bed, study table & chair. - All UTILITIES + FIBER 500mbps INTERNET included. - Bathroom and kitchen are shared with 3 other U of M students. - Single occupancy per room. - Lease is 4 months or longer. We are looking for mature and respectful tenants that value cleanliness, organization, and hygiene and will abide by the rules of the house (e.g., noise level, guests, etc.).
