Located in Transcona, a good area, close to the bus and Safeway on Kildare. No smoking or drinking allowed. If you must smoke, do so on the sidewalk, but not in the yard or house. We are looking for a responsible, reliable person who does not party, as the rooms are for working individuals. You must be okay with women and men living on the same floor in separate rooms. Available for June 1st. We are in the process of putting in a shower and cleaning out the rooms. You must be okay with animals as animals are on the premises. No more pets allowed; however, we may consider a cat, but we can discuss. |
