Both rooms have 1 bathroom to share. It is available as of now. The smaller room is $575plus utilities. The larger room is $600 plus utilities. ($375 per person if you want to share the room with a friend of yours) Utilities will be shared equally amongst occupants. Rooms are available to be rented ASAP. And for the first month you would only pay for the days you are staying in the house as opposed to the full rent as May has already started. |
