| Seeking a quiet, non smoking, Female roommate for a 3 bedroom house on the top floor with 2 working professionals/ student who value a space that is conducive to getting quality sleep and a place to focus and study. Someone who values quiet after hours and open communication to make for a respectful and peaceful co-living environment. No parties, pets, sleepovers allowed, and visits are encouraged outside the home. Rent for the private room with shared bathroom and kitchen is 370$ including internet. Plus utilities which on average works out to about 430$ total every month. Near major bus routes. Both roommates take the bus full-time.There is no individual parking spot, but ample street parking.
