| My details: Name: Timothy Ryan Froese Unemployed Status: Single No kids Phone: 1-431-688-5894 Current address: 554 Main Street Winnipeg, MB R3B1C4 Time/period of residency > 1 Year Moving to my new home: I can afford up to $790 rent, no higher. Rent will be taken care of by a PGT (Public Trustee) and EIA Can pay damage deposit in advance before moving in. I would like to move in sometime in June. Pets? NO Smoke? YES Don't use drugs Drink very little alcohol Do not own a car I use a walker to aid in getting around Suite must be barrier-free w/ elevators. Presently living in a run down hotel called the McLaren. Often bothered by drunks and others. Not a pleasant place to live. A real downside is I have very few references other than my residency here because of an extensive stay in the hospital >1 year while recovering from an injury: Pinched sciatica nerve between vertebrae in my back. I always am friendly to others and enjoy people but I really tend to be low-key concentrating on some private hobby not to be disturbed. Courtesy and responsibility come naturally for me so I am always sure I don't disturb others around me. I am a clean person in every way and always mind my living quarters to be well kept. I am hoping the bathroom facilities accommodate the disabled, however I am pretty agile and can get away with a lot.
