| Perfect for a grad student or mature working adult. Furnished room available in private home as of April 30. It. Is shared with teachers in a big house in Forest Hill/ Skyline Acres. About a 5 minute walk to campus, yet you will have guaranteed off-street parking. The furnished private room has a queen sized bed, dresser and desk. You will have use of the private bath across the hall. We all share the kitchen and ask you to clean up after yourself. You will have your own full size fridge and pantry space. You can use the BBQ outside the kitchen and the pool here too. If you smoke anything, we ask you do it outside. We prefer you do NOT have pets. Available May 1st. Rent is 750, first and last due on moving in. Dont ask us to send you photos. We are sceptical of social media; sometimes sharing is too much. You have to see this house to believe it. |
