| Hello , my name is Jennifer and my partner and I are looking for a chill, quiet and kind student roommate. We are mature adults who are very young at heart ! We are quiet, respectful , super clean, kind and have a great sense of humour! There is no parking available. However, we are on the bus route and minutes from campus. The home is owned by a retired professor and we rent the basement section. It’s a spacious apartment! Nice and cool in the summers and warm and cozy in the winters. There is in unit Washer and dryer. Fridge, stove and microwave. Everything is here! All you need to do is bring your clothes ! Heat, electricity, cable and wifi are all included in the $850 monthly. There is a lovely back yard space designated for us with a large patio table and chairs. Gréât for reading ! We have a car and could make arrangements at times to do groceries together . We also cook often and love to share ! Hoping you are the same way ! No parties, no overnight guests, no couples , no smoking of anything on the property, no coming in wasted at 3am lol, no drinking unless very little and quiet time between 11pm to 7 am.
