| Looking for a temporary sublet from May 1st-August 31st to take over rest of my lease. Disclaimer, there is a possibility to renew the year to year lease, but do not get your hopes up, as it's all in what the landlord decides to do with the place. Price includes everything except wifi which you can get from one of the roommates for an extra $40 monthly. Cable can also be discussed with him, just not sure about the details. Great for someone needing a place for summer until school starts, going on vacation or otherwise. Great location 5 minute walk from Sobeys , Harvey's and Paragon. But there is Laundry is loonies $2 wash $2 dry in front of building. The bed I have in my room is only a single, it is a very spacious room so could fit bigger. The building is newly built. Heat pump AC is amazing. Kitchen is always kept clean. Huge bathroom. Sorry I am not the most organized in my room, but you can see that it fits a lot of stuff. In this apartment, is all Canadians and men. Early move in could be arranged for as early as April 20th, as soon as I'm out, once everything is verified with landlord. There is a 1 cat pet limit, no dogs. If interested, we book a viewing and then meet with the landlord to verify if you are a good fit. |
