For July 1st (or flexible with mid-June as well). No pets. Furnished, relatively large bedroom with its own half bath (toilet and sink) attached to the room, and a private entrance. This will be for women only, as the other tenant is a young woman as well and has been living in the unit for 9 months now. This is not a space to party in, or to have guests stay overnight (except family on occasion ans with “ok” of other tenant as well) This is my property (single woman, not for profit sector, AUDHD), and I will be moving into the main house. The unit you will live in and share with the other tenant is the attached in-law suite on the property. I previously have been living in the room. Other furniture in the room not included in the picture: a couch, mini fridge, and small bookshelf. Lamps (matching floor and desk), dehumidifier (must routinely empty and rinse clean filter of dust as need be), and wall mount for tv. Included in rent: -King size bed on frame, with mattress cover -IKEA desk (chair can be provided) -Mini fridge -4’x1’ bookshelf -2 lamps (floor and table) -Tv mount on wall (no tv provided) -Parking for 1 with winter slow plowing included (You are responsible for shoveling your walkway - shovel will be provided) -Shared internet between all residents of the property (you, other tenant and me) -Some storage space may be available -Shared common laundry room (hallway in basement that joins main house to in-law suite is lockable on both ends for both unit’s privacy and security. - Space heater for your room in winter months. -Shared living room with other tenant -heating ans electrical -new appliances -no dishwasher -lots of kitchen storage space Other tenant is a quiet, young profesional chemical engineer.
