| I have a furnished room available in my 2-bedroom apartment on the corner of Cedar and Kendra. $850/month, all-inclusive, no deposit *No pets *No drugs *Smoke free I am looking for a roommate to share the apartment with. Someone I can become friends with, who will share similar interests with me. This is not a first-come first-serve situation. As my roommate, you get your private and furnished bedroom as well as shared use of the rest of the apartment. That includes in-house washer/dryer, chest freezer, pots, pans, towels, BBQ and more. As you can see in the photos, I keep a clean home and expect a roommate to share cleaning duties. I will consider all genders, ages, races and sexualities.
