As my roommate, you have a private bedroom as well as shared use of the bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room (free in-house machines), bathroom, balconies, and of the items (pots, pans, towels, BBQs) within the home. I am asking for $850/month or $400/bi-weekly. Rent includes Wi-Fi, TV, and electricity. About myself, I'm in my late 30s. Male. Works full time 9-5. I'm an occasional nudist. I like being undressed at home, particularily at night when I'm getting ready for shower and bed. But espescially in the summer, the place is hot and it's cheaper and more comfortable to take off clothes than it is to run AC. You would have the choice as my roommate to wear as much or as little as you want while you are here. Obviously, modesty and respect is expected both ways when friends or family are present. |
