| I have a furnished guest room that I am considering renting out to a respectful person. Open to all genders, races, sexualities, but candidates will have to pass an in-person interview and meet a few criteria. No pets / No alcoholics / No drugs / Must be employed / Must be respectful of neighbors. * Will consider weekly or monthly rates. As my roommate, you have a private bedroom as well as shared use of the bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room (free in-house machines), bathroom, balconies, and of the items (pots, pans, towels, BBQs) within the home. About myself, I'm in my late 30s. Male. Works full time 9-5. I'm an occasional nudist. I sometimes like being undressed at home, espescially in the summer. You would have the choice as my roommate to wear as much or as little as you want while you are here. Obviously, modesty and respect is expected both ways when friends or family are present. |
