See below for more information. ** Looking for the right person (or multiple people) to share my 3-bedroom house with. I have 2 bedrooms available, which can be rented together as a bedroom + office, or the bedrooms can be rented individually. Furnished and unfurnished options available. Please let me know as these things will determine price (~ $700 - $1000/month). The house is clean and comfortable with plenty of modern updates and room for storage. I am doing renovations in the basement and once complete, you will have your own private entrance and private bathroom on the main floor as I will be living primarily in the basement space with separate entry and bathroom. You will be sharing the house with myself and a med-large size well-behaved dog. I'm in my late 20's, a mature working professional and easy to get along with. Short term rentals are welcome! If interested, please share information about yourself, what you're looking to rent (1 or 2 rooms), short or long term rental, etc. to know if you will be a good fit.
