| If this post is still up that means I have not found suitable roomate yet. 1 bedroom available for a female immediately or can be considered from 1st June too in a 2 bedroom apartment. Rent is $650 including everything. Apartment is at 5th floor, washer and dryer included. Bus stop just a minute away. Sobeys, shoppers drug, dollarama and many other eataries nearby. I would prefer someone who maintains cleanliness and hygiene. We are a couple staying in a bedroom and would like to sublet another room as described in the post.
