| My name is Graham, I’m currently living in a 3 bedroom house with one other roommate and we are looking for one more roommate to rent with here starting May 1st. It’s a 3 bedroom fully detached house downtown with 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and full unfinished but insulated basement with washer and dryer. Off street parking for about three cars and a small backyard space. The bedroom available is the largest of the three. The house is ~2km from Memorial University with bus stops near by and grocery store just around the corner ~1 minute away. About a 10-15 minute walk to downtown as well. A little about myself too, I’m 30 male, I work in Film/TV and am quiet, clean and easygoing. I work a lot so I’m usually not at the house often and when I am I’m normally in my office. Also have lived here for the past ~5 years. My roommate’s name is Ahmed, he is a Computer Science student from Morocco. He is very quiet, kind and focused on his studies, spends most of his time studying in his room and keeps to himself. The rental cost of the whole place is $1500/month, $500/each split between three. Utilities are not included but the electricity bills are usually ~$150/month in the summer time and ~$350-400/month in the winter between three. Internet is ~75/month between three and is one of Bell Fibe’s highest speed connections. The damage deposit is 1012.50 total so 337.50/each. The property is managed by Metro Property management and so they take care of all house maintenance requests and rent payments which is very convenient, they are great to deal with.
