| Looking for 1-2 long-term housemates to split a dog-friendly, 4 bed 2 bath with a fenced in backyard yard for June 1st. I am currently living in the basement apartment. The house is near St David's Park and there is parking for 3, 4 if we're organized. I have a dog and he is the best. If you have a dog, you both must pass the vibe check, but landlord has final say. Ideally looking for mature students or working professionals. 1 housemate would be $1350 each. 2 housemates would be $900 each. Both options POU, split. I would prefer 1 housemate, but you can't always get what you want.
