The house also includes two large living rooms, two bathrooms, laundry (washer, dryer, and hot water tank), kitchen (fridges & stove & freezer) and dining rooms. The house, with three car parking capacity on driveway, is next to a bus stop and close to Churchill square and shopping. No pet, no party, clean, nice care tenant, who is required to maintain a clean and amicable environment. This is a no smoking, no vape, no marijuana and no drugs household on the property. Strong scents are not permitted pertaining to some allergies. The bedroom, with a monthly rent $620POU (pay own utilities), will become available by the end of April 2025. Lease and reference are required. A student at Memorial University is welcome to rent the room.
