| Hi, I am a 28 yr old female looking for a nice apartment to rent. Preferably a 2 bedroom but open to 1 bedroom also. I am currently back in school and studying full time. I am very friendly, outgoing, easy to communicate with and reliable. I take pride in keeping my house clean and I am a complete neat freak! I will be living alone, I do not smoke or drink. I do not party or have large gatherings. I have no pets as well.I am a respectable, kind, trustworthy young woman just trying to get ahead in life, and I would really love the opportunity to move into a nice, clean apartment to call my own. Honesty is the best policy so I will let it be known now that I am currently receiving income support , which I know may be looked down on by some, but as I said I am currently trying to get my schooling done so I can further my career and job opportunities. Income support will pay my rent directly to you into your bank account on the exact day its due every single month. I have never had an issue with late or non payments ever. It is a guaranteed check/ bank deposit to you every month. I really hope this does not have any bearings on me being a good candidate for a potential tenant as it will not affect our rental agreement in a negative way in any shape or form.
