| Price listed is monthly per person (utilities not included), with a one time damage deposit of $200. Currently two people living here, looking for a third roommate. Move in date is August 1st. No extra parking, but right next to a bus stop, across from the ymca. Walking distance from cona and marine institute. No open parking spaces. No smoking, no excessive noise. Room will be completely empty and cleaned before move in date. If interested in viewing the rest of the apartment, please let me know and we can organize a time. |
