The space is warm, clean, and cat-friendly—my two kitties would love the company if you have one of your own! The Room Spacious and filled with natural light, complete with a built-in closet. Just bring your own bed—everything else is covered. The Home Furnished with essentials (sofa, tables, cookware, utensils, etc.), and lovingly maintained. The living room furniture and dining table do not belong to me but I will replace them with my own furniture on July 29th. What’s Included Parking, water, heat, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi—all included in the rent. Availability Move in as early as August 1, 2025. In-person viewings begin July 29. Lease Terms One-year term lease with the option to renew long-term if we're a great fit. Pets Two friendly resident cats. Open to welcoming another feline companion.
