| AVAILABLE ONLY from June 1 - June 24. Can discuss renting a smaller period within that time frame, can prorate the rental price. Might be able to have it move-in-able later on May 31. Fully furnished with a set of sheets for both queen sized beds. Started off with a supply of lots of stock like toilet paper, paper towel, brita water filter in the new fridge, etc etc. Lots of windows, lots of light, big private back deck overlooking the nicely treed back parking area, you get a nice view of trees/leaves and sun back there. Deck furniture included, PLEASE NOTE there is new much nicer furniture and some of the deck boards have been replaced since the picture that's on the ad. Pet(s) ok as long as they aren't disruptive and you properly clean up after them, please provide info of said pet(s). Old home but lots of new additions and in excellent shape. The building is divided into 2 private apartments, this one is the 2nd and 3rd floors. You share a tiny front entry with the bottom unit then you're through the apartment door into a completely private space. You can also enter from the back door (not shared) using the back deck from the parking area behind the house. New additions: new fridge, newly added dishwasher, new stove fan/hood (the stove is not new, the hood is), heat pump for the main floor. 2 bedrooms on the top floor laundry facilities in the back bedroom. A portable A/C unit you can put in the bedroom you find the warmest. The heat pump acts as an A/C as well for the main floor. Full sized bathroom with bathtub. Nice sized full kitchen, dining room, and living room. You do need to be able to climb a flight of stairs to enter the unit whether the back exterior or the front interior, then there is a smaller set of stairs from the main floor up to the 2 bedrooms. |
