| One bedroom available in a two-bedroom apartment. Apartment is within minutes of banks, transit, restaurants/bars (located off Queen St. downtown Dartmouth), is fully furnished, with washer and dryer in the unit. Rent includes everything. Parking is extra. I need someone to take my spot while I'm gone for the next 7 months (June 1st to the end of December). I will be returning in January. Please be aware there is a single well-behaved house cat in the unit. Not accepting more pets. A little about the roommate you will be living with, a mature individual (female) who works a hybrid model (home/office frequency can fluctuate). Quiet, not overly social, but easy going and happy to have an occasional chat. 1-month rent + 1-month security deposit. Half the deposit to book the location, the remainder plus rent on moving day.
