They come furnished, but feel free to bring your favourite items or furniture. We’re happy to help you set up your room to your liking. Our goal is to ensure you have a cozy and comfortable stay. * Furnished room * Shared Kitchen * Shared Living Space Description: All-inclusive room rentals designed specifically for seniors. Our community offers a warm and welcoming environment, perfect for those seeking independence and a great quiet, clean, friendly home to share ….surrounded by nature and lake. Room Features: Fully Furnished: Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed, dresser, nightstand, and closet space. Small room: $650 Medium size room: $750 Large room:$850 Room with your own separate entrance:$950 Shared Spaces: Access to a shared kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom. Utilities Included: Electricity, water, and high-speed internet are all covered. All bedding and towels is included. Amenities: Laundry facilities on-site, WIFI, parking, outdoor sitting areas. “Meal plan can be added at an extra cost.” A practical and affordable boarding home. We also offer a Personal Care plan, with support from Continuing Care, for individuals who require home care. Access to VON services is available when needed. Transportation can be arranged for medical appointments and religious services to Live Well Community Church.
