| Private master bedroom available for rent with large closet and storage cubby in a cozy Eastern Passage home near the water. Rental includes all utilities (internet, heat, water) as well as laundry, dishwasher, and a semi-shared washroom (it has the only shower in the house, but will not be shared otherwise). Rental also includes use of the adjacent room for living room/den/office, as you see fit, as well as lots of room for gardening if you like that sort of thing. Room is available furnished or unfurnished, as you prefer it. Parking could be available, depending on the car, let’s discuss. Given I have two dogs already let’s chat if you have any pets. I, your would-be roommate, am a quiet but open minded and creative work-from-home professional in my early thirties. I also have two kind and hypoallergenic dogs. Lease length is flexible.
