The rooms are located across two upper flats, each floor having two bathrooms and a kitchen and living room each with a shared laundry. Rooms are fully furnished and everything is included, heat, water, hot water, wifi, and power. Term leases end on April 30 or Aug 31. There is no smoking, animals or pets of any kind permitted inside the building. There is no parking at building but there is street parking in the area. It is very important that the tenants coming in are willing to clean up after themselves at all times, we typically have students that are a good fit renew leases.
