| Looking for a young professional to sublet one room in a three-bedroom home. The tenant must be quiet, responsible, and a non-smoker. Pets are not allowed. Duration: June 1st to August 30th Location: South End of Halifax, within walking distance of grocery stores, hospitals, Dalhousie University, SMU, and the waterfront. Rent: $600 per month, which includes wifi. Power: between $100 and $300 per resident every two months. The tenant will pay for their share of the power for the three-month subletting period. Laundry: coin-operated laundry in the basement of the residence. Parking: no on-site parking, but residential permit parking will be available on the street for June 1st. The room will include the bed, all shelving, the lamp, curtains, bedside table, computer chair, and the large table. Bedding and towels available upon request.
