There could be room for a small desk if you want to bring one. You would just need to bring your essentials, no kitchenware, utensils, etc.. This would be best for a student or other short term rental ~year. We are a couple + current room mate living in a townhouse located in Clayton Park. You would share the house with us, plus 3 cats and 1 dog. Full disclosure, we are smokers. CLEANLINESS IS A MUST!!! You will be expected to help in keeping common areas clean and tidy.
