Situated in a great location, you’ll be seconds away from three major bus routes to downtown which are all located right outside the property. You’ll also be minutes away from the nearest grocery/places to dine. The bedroom will be mostly unfurnished, but a twin bed frame could be there if the roommate would like it. Move in date would be August 1st, 2025, and would be for a 1-year lease term. The unit has electric heating, one 2-in-1 washer and dryer, and furniture for the common spaces. Rent only inludes water but does not include internet or utilities. Utilities run about $150 on average every cycle, with it being lower during the summer months and higher during the winter months. **”Is this available?” will not be answered.
