| I am seeking a like-minded professional and responsible roommate for my 2bed/2bath apartment in Halifax for July 1st! (Aug 1st also OK) A brand new building at Oxford/Young St. that has many amenity rooms, courtyards, and fitness studio. Renting the primary bedroom with walk-in closet, private washroom, and patio sliding doors. Roommate must be dog friendly and clean, respectful and responsible. $1,350/mo Our rent includes heat, water/hot water. Electric/wifi/parking not included, extra cost $ About me (roommate). I am 31, work in the tech industry, and typically work from home 2ish days per week.
