There are also 4 quiet tenents upstairs. The room comes furnished with a queen size bed and a desk. The space gets lots of natural light and is cozy! There's also an digital piano in the room if you want to play music! Great location near parks and coffee shops. There is also a bus stop across the street that can take you downtown in about 10 minutes. There's parking behind the house although the landlord charges an extra fee.
