Hi there, I'm seeking someone to sublet my room for the summer (anytime between June to August). You'll be sharing a two bedroom/1 bath unit with a female Master's student in her early 20s. The unit is a 5 min walk away from Dal U/Dalplex, and is a 10 min walk away from SMU. The unit itself is spacious with plenty of closet space. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. Laundry facilities are available in the building, and parking is available for an additional fee. The price posted is inclusive of all utilities and wifi. I am currently paying a little over $1300 once everything's included.
