| Available for early May, we have a fully furnished, all-inclusive, non-smoking room for rent in a veautiful century home, close to Downtown New Glasgow. The room has a double bed, TV with Bell Five channels through Amazon Fire Stick, High speed internet (up to 300Gb/s), bar fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom, kitchen and on-site laundry are shared (laundry detergent not supplied). Small pets are allowed subject to the discretion of the owner. The property is just walking distance to downtown New Glasgow, Sobey's and Carmichael Park and 20 minutes drive to the beach. Suit professional or full-time student. References and proof of income are required. Parking is limited and is $25 per month extra. Rent is $750 per month for single occupancy, $100 extra for couples.
