| About the place: This is a sublet. From June to August. Everything is included with the rent(wifi, heat, hot water, electricity, laundry). Location of the house is at the very center of south end. 2 mins walk to bus stops(Route 4,24,10,29)Sobeys, Shoppers, Canada Post, Subway and some local cafe and restaurants. 8-10 mins walk to SMU 15 mins to Dalhousie. 10 mins walk to Spring Garden and IWK. Location is very good. There’s only street parking. About you: We are looking for a clean and responsible adult (preferably long term) who cleans up after themselves. We have some essential but important house rules to follow and I do see to them so please take them seriously. Please send me dm if you are interested!
