I'm not too social but I like to and try to have someone over about once a month to hang out at my place with prior warning and approval from whoever I am currently living with. I don't drink alcohol but don't care if you do. I do vape weed but don't allow smoking blunts in the apartment or any vapor substances near my pet as she's asthmatic. Honestly as long as you are not a bigot or a bully we will probably get along fine. I am not the landlord but I will get you in contact asap to get you added to the lease.
