Living room has 2 couches, a roku TV, a dining table and chairs. Not a pet-friendly apartment. Laundry is in the building. The apartment is in the South End, ~2 min walk from SMU and 10 mins from Dal/Kings and downtown Halifax. A damage deposit will be $350 per tenant. If there is any damage to the apartment, appliances, or furniture, compensation will be taken for this. If there are no damages the money will be returned in full.
